By placing an order through PreferredPeps, you agree to the terms described below.

Completion of checkout does not require PreferredPeps to fulfill an order at an obvious or unintended pricing error.

16. Promotion Abuse

18. Out-of-Stock and Unavailable Products

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, PreferredPeps may:

Substitutions will not be made without appropriate authorization where a materially different product would be supplied.

PreferredPeps cannot control processing times imposed by an independent bank or payment provider.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, PreferredPeps may provide relevant transaction, order, delivery, and communication records to the applicable payment provider as part of the dispute process.

Fraudulent use of payment-dispute systems may result in future order restrictions where permitted by law.

21. Order Verification

Certain transactions may require additional verification before fulfillment.
